It doesnt display on my desktop. Probably because I dont run with administrator privileges. Id like to be able to zoom in on my part of the world.

I was really excited about this app… Was being the operative word. It is very limited in the scope of locations you are able to select and guess what, it does not cover my area. If you are not interested in a major location then DO NOT purchase this app. If you are only interested in major locations then I guess its worth giving it a whirl.

I am disappointed that I cannot select a custom view. Users are limited to one, world view. Id like a view of North America, for example.

Great graphics, clouds are a nice touch. Some features I would like to see: * Full screen -- I would like to dedicate a monitor to this and just let it run all the time * Smooth shadow bands * Customizable cities -- user selectable cities to show on the map with the local time * Apple event support -- some basic programatic overlay capability for user customization i.e. sporting events (location,time, teams, score), severe weather events, breaking world news by location, mail inbox with mail by location, etc....

Please use standard controls on the toolbar. Not bad but would be much more useful if I could show several timezones on or below map like KWorldClock or SunClock.

Nice start. Hope future update can add clocks to the map so you can use this as a world travel clock!!

Totally agree with the previous two reviewers… we need World Clock Support! If I enter a city, it doesnt even tell me the current time in that city! And the Command + Right Arrow command to move time one minute forwards (also backwards) doesnt work. That command just shifts to your next desktop. Please fix! We paid $10+ for this app and want better service!

The Screen is breathtakingly Beautiful in full screen mode. It looks like a beautiful Painting, I love the Clouds too. I almost didnt get it, I cant wait till my girlfriend sees it. She will think I have such good Taste. Your little photos dont do it justice! But the 24 inch Screen doeson my iMac . Thanks!

I am sick of world time clocks on the bottom of my ipad. This one you can go straight to the city and see the time from their. That makes me smile :) Awesome app even you want to see the times in different places even around the world. It is worth even to put on your desktop another smile :) Thanks for putting this app up for your mac. It makes a different and it is great. Please get it.

I have teams in five very disparate places; I love glancing at Daylight to quickly get where they are in their day. Best offering available for a clock that indicates daylight terminus. The one bit I wish it had: I’d love to drop little red map pins in my favorite locations so I could easily click them to get the pop-up rather than having to search each time. Nice work!

it’s 5 stars because it’s absolutely beautiful, and I always keep it set as my desktop wallpaper. That being said, here are some improvements I’d love to see: (they’re out of order because newest after the original post are written on the top) 8) need the abilitiy to define how often the wallpaper refreshes, I notice that sometimes the sunlight terminator lags behind by a few hours. 1) in order to change the map style, you have to go into preferences. This could be a button instead - it just took me a while to find out how to do it. 2) not sure how recent or accurate the weather is, but it does appear to be very different from web sites such as accuweather.com 3) it’d be super cool to have different overlays such as temperture or wind speed instead of just cloud coverage. 4) when set to maximum, the “cloud density” burns out regions under heavy cloud cover. 5) the “blue marble” mode - which is the most photorealistic map, ought to show the lights of cities at night (as seen from space) 6) it would be SUPER COOL to have a live tracking dot for certain orbiting satellites, especially the ISS. 7) ability to “save” locations, instead of searching through the multi-column list of locations every tim
